Information we collect and how we protect it
We only collect essential information needed to operate your user accounts and provide app functionality. This includes your name, email address, company name, and business data you input, such as inventory items, purchase orders, and expense records. We do not collect payment card numbers, patient health information, GPS location, phone contacts, or any other sensitive personal data.
All data is transmitted securely over encrypted HTTPS connections. We employ enterprise-grade row-level security to ensure your company's data is entirely isolated from others at the database level. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except for our essential infrastructure providers. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@jmwinc-developers.com, and we will process this request within 30 days.
Why we collect information and how we use it
We collect account information solely to create and manage your user accounts and enable the features within our applications. Business data like inventory, orders, and expenses is collected to facilitate real-time synchronization across devices and locations, allowing your teams to collaborate effectively.
Anonymous crash reports and usage data help us identify and fix bugs, as well as improve app performance. This data is never linked to individual users. We send account notifications for important events such as password resets and billing receipts. We do not use any collected data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing and enhancing our services. We guarantee that we do not sell data to marketers or data brokers under any circumstances.
Sharing your information with third parties
We share user data only with the following essential service providers and never with advertisers or data brokers:
- Supabase: Our database and authentication provider, securely storing user account and business data.
- Stripe: Our payment processor, handling billing information without sharing payment details with us.
- Anthropic: Provides AI capabilities for features like supplier search and invoice capture. Only specific search queries or invoice images are sent, never personal account data.
We may disclose information if required by law or court order. All three providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and adhere to industry-standard security practices. We do not share data with any other third parties under any circumstances.
Your control over your data
You have full control over your data. You can access your account information at any time by logging into the app and update your name, email, and company details directly in your account settings. To request a complete copy of all data we hold about you, please email info@jmwinc-developers.com, and we will respond within 30 days.
To request deletion of your entire account and all associated data, please email info@jmwinc-developers.com with the subject "Delete My Account," and we will permanently delete everything within 30 days. Users in the European Union have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. Users in California have rights under CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@jmwincdevelopers.com. We never require users to justify their deletion requests.
